(Support to national coordination, including the country strategy papers, the common country assessment, United Nations Development Assistance Framework, field-level committees, Inter-agency thematic groups and joint programming etc)

Humanitarian and emergency assistance and Reporting to the Secretary General
In particular it carries out the broad UN agenda including monitoring and reviewing the implementation of the UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF), contributing to the achievement of the National Poverty Reduction Strategies (PRSP) and Millennium Development Goals, harmonization and alignment including the implementation of Paris declaration, Aid and Donor Coordination (LCG) , UN advocacy and communications, Humanitarian Response & other Joint Programmming initiatives. Efforts to implement the UN reform agenda at the country level is highlighted at the UN System Reform Strategy in Bangladesh.
